Brittney Anderson-Grant is a Chicago-based costume designer, seamstress, and tailor who brings visions to life from sketch to stage. With experience designing for the world-renowned Hiplet Ballerinas, styling Chicago artists like D. Lylez, and creating wardrobe for Chance the Rapper’s dancers, Brittney is quickly becoming a sought-after name in the Chicago costume community.
Her journey began with self-taught skills, developed through years of study, practice, and a deep love for garment construction. Today, Brittney specializes in draping, tailoring, and custom design, known for her fast turnaround and ability to deliver professional-level costumes under tight deadlines.
Beyond the stage, Brittney creates garments for local churches and ministries, using her gift to support worship and performance communities. She is also passionate about passing on her knowledge through individual and small group sewing classes, helping others build confidence at the machine while discovering the joy of creating something from scratch.
