Digital Products
- How do I download my digital product? Check your email you used at check out for file and download to desired location.
- Can I sell items made from your patterns? You sure can! Please make sure to mention B Chantel Designs in the product description if selling online, thanks!
- Are digital products refundable? All digital products are final sale.
Classes
- Do I need my own sewing machine? You do not but I do suggest it. I have a few on hand to rent for class.
- What skill level are your classes for? Confident beginner unless otherwise stated.
- What happens if I can't attend? Please reach out as soon as you can if you're not able to attend as most cases you can transfer for next or other class. No later than 4 hours after class has ended.
